The module map on main showed bare "Arrives with its article" placeholders for work that exists and runs CI-green on its article branches. This PR makes the map reflect reality:

Module Status Proofs Assertions
03 vector-vs-converged On branch, CI-green 4 19
04 ai-agents-enterprise-data On branch, CI-green 3 16
05 json-graph-vector-relational On branch, CI-green 4 26
06 secure-agent-access On branch, CI-green 4 7

Each row links to the module README (pinned to its branch) and the branch itself; article links land at publish, per the branch-per-article model.

Also corrects row 06: the tree's modules/06- is secure-agent-access (the AI-agent security companion), so the planned polyglot and Stonebraker modules shift to 07/08, and slugs are aligned to the module directory names.

Modules 03-06 exist and run CI-green on their article branches; the map now
shows their status, proof/assertion counts, and branch-pinned links instead of
bare placeholders. Row 06 corrected to the module that actually occupies
modules/06- in the tree (secure-agent-access); the planned polyglot and
Stonebraker modules shift to 07/08. Slugs 03/05 aligned to the module
directory names.
